The Most Transparent Administration in History

November 13, 2013

The President and White House Staff react to the House of Representatives passing the bill on March 21, 2010.

Congressional Democrats are getting complaints from both the voters and the press over the Affordable Care Act.  These politicians then told the White House it has until Friday to find a solution to low enrollment and dissatisfied participants in the the health exchanges.  Quick, call a press conference.

I was shocked to hear these politicians complain.  Only a few weeks ago, both the Democrats and the Main Stream Media shouted that Obamacare was the law of the land and could be neither delayed, modified nor repealed.  Now these legislators want President Obama to change the Affordable Care Act by executive fiat. These politicians are hoping their legislative fantasy comes true without reguard to the law.  These Democrats want the law changed without new legislation that has first been approved by the House and Senate and then signed into law by the president.  Hmm.  They want to make law as they go along.

That seems illegal to me.  In fact, it sounds like the actions of a dictator rather than a president of a constitutional republic.  I guess laws don’t matter to the most transparent administration in history.  Political corruption is sad for all of us.
